Abstract: To observe the cell apoptosis induced by Chrysomyia Megacephala Fab extracts LXZ-1A in human promyelocytic leukemia cells.Cell viability of HL-60 cells treated with LXZ-1A was measured by MTT assay.LXZ-1A-induced cell morphological changes were observed with light microscope,fluorescence microscope and transmission electron microscope.Cell apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometric analysis.The IC50(24 h) of LXZ-1A for inhibition HL-60 cell proliferation was(2.26 ± 0.17) mg /mL.The cell treated with LXZ-1A(0.3 1.0 mg /mL)showed typical morphological changes of apoptosis and the apoptotic rate was 8% to 46% for 24 h.Chrysomyia Megacephala Fab extracts LXZ-1A inhibits human promyelocytic leukemia cells proliferation and induces cell apoptosis.
