抄録

In order to examine factors that reduce the burden on caregivers of wheelchair assistance, we attempted to quantitatively evaluate the characteristics of caregivers’ upper limb movements using an impedance model. The model was inspired by differences in caregivers’ elbow flexion movements, which are thought to be related to changes in wheelchair pushing force. As a result, Impedance was estimated with generally good accuracy and there was some validity to the model using hand position, velocity, and acceleration.
