This paper investigates the relationship between the kinesthesia information and pressing force at the human fingertip during a tracing movement by using a motion capture system and a pressure sensing sheet. The experimental results show that the pressing force increased at the place where the manipulability was high; a small pressing force found in the place where the manipulability was low. Time difference between the decreasing pressing force and beginning of the tracing movement was also computed.
