In this paper, we report on the correlation between blood pressure pulse wave and electrocardiogram measured by wearable devices. Blood pressure pulse wave was measured with a MEMS 3-axis force sensor using tonometry method and electrocardiogram was simultaneously obtained by 3-pole induction method. Features of blood pressure pulse wave and electrocardiogram were calculated and extracted from measured waveform. The Similarity of waveforms was confirmed by comparing features that are closely correlated with systolic blood pressure. The rise time of the blood pressure pulse wave and P wave of electrocardiogram had the strongest correlation coefficient, R= 0.998.
