中文摘要: 建立槟榔中苯并(α)芘的高效液相色谱快速测定法,采用正己烷超声辅助提取槟榔中的苯并(α)芘,相对国标方法对前处理方法进行比较选择,利用高效液相色谱仪快速测定槟榔中的苯并(α)芘。试验结果表明,方法加标回收率为:97.5%~102%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为 3.11%~4.64%,线性相关系数 R=0.999 99,定量限为0.5 μg/kg。该法样品前处理简单,试剂消耗少,分析时间短,准确性和精密度好,适用于槟榔中苯并(α)芘的定性定量检测。
Abstract:A rapid high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of benzo (α)pyrene in areca was established.The benzo (α)pyrene in areca was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with hexane,and the pretreatment methods were compared and selected with the national standard method.The benzo(α)pyrene in areca was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the standard recovery was 97.5%-102%,relative standard deviation was 3.11%-4.64%,linear correlation coefficient R=0.999 99,quantitative limit was 0.5 μg/kg.The method was reliable in the determination of benzo(α)pyrene in areca.
