摘要： 目的:系统评价电子拔管提醒系统对导管相关性尿路感染发生率的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、EBSCO、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库中有关电子拔管提醒系统在预防导尿管相关尿路感染中应用效果的随机对照试验，检索时间为建库至2021年7月，使用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入7篇文献。Meta分析结果显示，电子拔管提醒系统能降低导尿管相关尿路感染率［OR=0.50,95%CI(0.38,0.64),P<0.000 01］；缩短留置尿管时间［MD=-1.93,95%CI(-3.50,-0.36),P=0.02］。结论：现有证据表明，电子拔管提醒系统能缩短留置导尿时间，且可降低导尿管相关尿路感染发生率。

Abstract Objective：To systematically evaluate the effect of electronic extubation reminder system on the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infections.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effect of electronic extubation reminder system in the prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infection were searched from PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,EBSCO,CNKI,WanFang Database and VIP database.The reterieval time was from inception to July 2021.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 7 articles were included.Meta-analysis results showed that electronic extubation reminder system could reduce the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection.［OR=0.50,95%CI(0.38,0.64),P<0.000 01］；Shorten indwelling catheter time［MD=-1.93,95%CI(-3.50,-0.36),P=0.02］.Conclusions:Current evidences show that the electronic extubation reminder system can shorten the indwelling catheter time and reduce the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection.
