摘要： 目的：分析与评价护士夜班的负性身心体验。方法：检索the Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、CINAHL、万方数据库、中国知网、维普中文期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关护士夜班负性身心体验质性研究的文献，检索时限为各数据库建库至2019年10月，采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价，采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合分析。结果：共纳入9项研究，提炼32个结果，归纳形成7个新类别，整合成2个整合结果：①护士夜班的负性心理问题；②负性感受调节因素。结论：医院管理者应重视夜班给护士带来的负性身心健康问题，满足其夜班需求，强化支持系统，减缓夜班对护士身心负性影响，提高护理质量。

Abstract Objective:To analyze and evaluate the negative physical and mental experience in night shift nurses.Methods:Qualitative studies on the negative physical and mental experience in night shift nurses were searched from the Cochrane Library，PubMed，EMbase，Web of Science，CINAHL,WanFang database,CNKI,VIP,and CBM.The retrieval time was from inception to October,2019.The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative researches（2016）in Australia was used to evaluate quality of the studies.The results were integrated by a Meta integration method.Results:Nine studies were included,32 results were extracted,seven new categories were formed,and two results were integrated including negative psychological problems of night shift nurses and regulatory factors of negative sensation.Conclusion:Hospital managers should pay attention to the negative physical and mental health problems caused by night shift,meet the needs of night shift,strengthen the support system,slow down the negative impact of night shift on nurses′ physical and mental health,and improve the quality of nursing.
