Abstract To interpret and analyze formation methodology and practical recommendations of "American Association for Respiratory Care clinical practice guidelines.Endotracheal suctioning of mechanically ventilated patients with artificial airways"（2022 edition），so as to enable medical staff to understand the latest evidence of suctioning of artificial airways，and provide guidance for standardizing clinical operation of medical staff and avoid adverse events.
