摘要： [目的]探讨我国三级甲等医院烧伤整形科护士可开具的外科药物具体的处方药物及其处方形式。[方法]通过文献分析法和半结构访谈法制订烧伤整形科护士处方权内容研究的专家咨询问卷，运用德尔菲法对32名医疗及护理专家进行两轮函询论证，以确定烧伤整形科护士处方权内容及处方形式。[结果]两轮专家积极系数分别为88.89%和100.00%，专家权威系数分别为0.82和0.81。最终确定我国三级甲等医院烧伤整形科护士可开具的外科用药为五大类26种药物，其中11种药物处方形式倾向于协议处方，9种药物倾向于协议处方或延长处方，4种药物倾向于独立处方或协议处方，1种药物倾向于独立处方，1种药物倾向于独立处方或延长处方。[结论]建议符合处方权申请资格的烧伤整形科护士可开具五大类26种药物外科药物，处方形式以协议处方或延长处方为主。

Abstract [Objective]To explore the specific prescription drugs and their prescription forms that could be prescribed by nurses in the Department of burn orthopedic surgery of tertiary grade A hospital in China.[Methods]The expert consultation questionnaire on the content of prescribing right of nurses in burn orthopedic department was established by literature analysis and semi-structured interview，and 32 medical and nursing experts were consulted and demonstrated by Delphi method for two rounds to determine the content and prescription form of prescription right in burn orthopedic surgery department.[Results]The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 88.89% and 100.005% respectively，and the expert authority coefficients were 0.82 and 0.81 respectively.Finally，it was determined that the surgical drugs that could be prescribed by nurses in the department of burn orthopedic surgery tertiary grade A hospital，contained five categories and 26 kinds of drugs.Among them，eleven kinds of drugs tended to be agreed prescriptions，nine kinds of drugs tended to agree prescriptions or extend prescriptions，four kinds of drugs tended to be independent prescriptions or agreed prescriptions，and one drug tended to be independent，and one drug tended to be independent or extended prescription.[Conclusions]It was suggested that nurses in burn orthopedic department who met the application qualification of prescribing rights，could prescribe 26 kinds of pharmacosurgical drugs in five categories，mainly in the form of agreed prescription or extended prescription.
