摘要： [目的]构建不同临床专科护士处方权申请者护士药物处方权通用培训大纲。[方法]通过文献回顾结合专家访谈法初步制定培训大纲，采用德尔菲法对26名专家进行2轮函询，最终确定培训大纲。[结果]2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为86.67% 和100.00%，权威系数分别为0.823和0.840，Kendall协调系数分别为0.069和0.147。最终确立的培训大纲包含6个培训单元（课程导论、诊断学、药物治疗学、相关法律法规、诊疗伦理与药物管理、考核）、18节培训课程和57项培训内容。[结论]构建的不同临床专科护士处方权申请者护士药物处方权通用培训大纲具有较强的科学性和可靠性，可为不同临床专科护士药物处方权培训提供科学依据。

Abstract [Objective]To construct the general training syllabus for nurses' prescription right of applicants for prescription right in different clinical specialist nurses.[Methods]The training syllabus was preliminarily formulated through literature review and expert interview.26 experts were taken for two rounds of consultations by Delphi method.And finally the training program was determined.[Results]The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultations were 86.67% and 100.00% respectively.The authority coefficients were 0.823 and 0.840，respectively.And the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.069 and 0.147，respectively.Finally，the training syllabus for clinical nurses' prescription right in China was constructed，which included six training units，18 training courses and 57 training contents.The six training units were course introduction，diagnostics，pharmacotherapy，relevant laws and regulations，diagnosis and treatment ethics，and drug management and assessment.[Conclusion]The constructed general training syllabus for nurses' prescription right of applicants for prescription right in different clinical specialist nurses was scientific and reliable，which could provide scientific basis for prescription right training of different clinical specialist nurses.
