护士远程健康照护准备度现状及其影响因素分析

摘要: [目的]了解护士远程健康照护准备度现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、远程健康照护准备度量表、护理信息能力量表、创新自我效能感量表及精神气候量表对湘潭市8所二级以上医院的1 957名护士进行调查。[结果]护士远程健康照护准备度、护理信息能力、创新自我效能感及精神气候总分分别为62.00(55.00,68.00)分、125.00(104.00,139.00)分、29.00(24.00,32.00)分、75.00(56.25,87.50)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,护理信息能力、创新自我效能感、精神气候、职称、是否获得过专利及是否愿意为病人提供远程照护服务进入回归方程(<0.05),解释了护士远程健康照护准备度总变异的40.00%。[结论]护士远程健康照护准备度处于中等水平,受护理信息能力、创新自我效能感、精神气候、职称、是否获得过专利及是否愿意为病人提供远程照护服务的影响,建议医院管理者采取鼓励措施促进护士创新,为护士提供护理信息系统、远程健康照护的课程学习与培训,营造良好的工作环境精神气候,以提高护士远程健康照护准备水平。

Status quo of nurses' remote health care readiness and its influencing factors

Abstract [Objective]To understand the status quo of nurses' telehealth readiness and its influencing factors.[Methods]Using the general information questionnaire,Telehealth Readiness Assessment Tool(TRAT),Nursing Information Ability Scale(NIAS),Innovative Self⁃Efficacy Scale(ISES),and Spiritual Climate Scale (SCS) to survey 1 957 nurses in 8 second⁃level and above hospitals in Xiangtan city.[Results]The total scores of TRAT,NIAS,ISES,SCS were 62.00 (55.00,68.00),125.00 (104.00,139.00),29.00(24.00,32.00),and 75.00(56.25,87.50),respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that nursing information ability,innovative self⁃efficacy,spiritual climate,professional title,whether obtained patents,and whether willing to provide telehealth for patients entered the regression equation (<0.05),which explained 40.00% of the total variation in nurses' preparation for telehealth.[Conclusions]Nurses' readiness for telehealth was at a moderate level,and was affected by nursing information ability,innovative self⁃efficacy,spiritual climate,professional titles,whether obtained patents,which whether willing to provide telehealth for patients.It was recommended that hospital managers should take incentive measures to promote nurses' innovation, provide nurses with nursing information systems,telehealth courses and training,create a good working environment and spiritual climate,so as to improve nurses' telehealth readiness level.
