ABSTRACT
The emergence of artificial general intelligence (AGI) is expected to result in a significant deviation in the trajectory of human civilization. To effectively harness the potential benefits and mitigate the possible negative consequences of this powerful technology, the ability to exercise control over AGI is crucial. However, the feasibility of exercising control over AGI remains an open question that has yet to be formally resolved.
