ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and usability of conventional and digital incline boards. The results of the assessment can be summarized as follows: (1) In effectiveness, regarding within-group changes, the groups showed improvements in upper extremity function on three assessments (the Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Physical Performance, the Box and Block Test of Manual Dexterity, and upper extremity range of motion). (2) In usability, patients were positive when using the digital incline board in rehabilitation. They thought that the information provided from the digital incline board was useful to them and so they can understand the status of their treatment.
