摘要: 针对TMN8码率控制模型存在的一些局限客观上限制了其在实时视频通信中性能的问题,提出了3个方面的改进措施:目标比特率计算、图像中心加权、分层次码率控制。同时,针对H.264码率控制中存在的码率控制与RDO运动估计间互为因果的矛盾,提出一种两遍运动估计的解决方案,并充分利用预运动估计阶段产生的附带信息来加速和优化编码过程。最终实现了一种基于TMN8模型的精确的H.264码率控制方法。实验结果和在SIP视频会议系统中的具体应用都表明,本方法对提高实时通信系统的视频品质和QoS均起到了积极效果。
