砷对大鼠血清补体抑制活性的影响及硒的拮抗效应

Effect on Anticomplementary Competence in the Sera of the Rat with Arsenic Poisoning and the Toxicopexis by Selenium

  • 摘要: 采用补体溶血抑制实验,观察砷及砷硒联合染毒对大鼠血清补体抑制活性的影响,以探讨砷对免疫功能的影响及硒的拮抗作用.结果显示,染砷组大鼠血清补体抑制率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);砷+硒组血清补体抑制率比染砷组明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组无显着差异(P>0.05),两剂量硒组之间也无显着性差异(P>0.05).提示,砷可致血清补体抑制活性下降,使补体自稳状态遭到破坏,可能参与砷中毒引起的免疫病理过程.硒可有效拮抗砷的毒作用.

     

    Abstract: To explore the effect of arsenic to immunefunction by measuring anticomplementary competence (ACC) in sera of rats.The ACC of rats arsenic poisoning was significantly lower than that of the control rats(P<0.05).The ACC of arsenic+selenium group were significantly higher than that of arsenic group(P<0.05), and had no significant difference with control group(p>0.05). There was no significant difference in sera ACC between the two arsenic+selenium group(p>0.05).These results suggested that the lower ACC might be one of the mechanism responsible for the disorder of immune adjustment induced by the arsenic poisning,and the selenium could have a toxicopexis effect.
