Let G(V, E) be a simple graph. Then for an edge e = uve(G), n u is the number of vertices lying closer to v than u, nv is analogously. The second geometric-arithmetic index and second atom-bond-connectivity indices are defined as GA 2(G) = uvE(G) (2 n u n v )  / ( n u + n v ) , and ABC2 = uvE(G) ( n u + n v 2/( n u n v ), , respectively. In this paper, we compute the second versions of geometric arithmetic and atom bond connectivity indices of Titania carbon Nanotubes TiO2(m, n).
