Description
Regional Ocean Model System (ROMS) netCDF format. Technical details: Production machine: Cray XE6 in Bergen (hexagon). Model source: ROMS version 3.6. Model domain: 1500km x 500km. Horizontal resolution: 1500 X 1500 m. Vertical resolution: 30 terrain-following layers with enhanced resolution near the surface and near the sea bed. The layer thickness varies from less than 3 m in the surface layer over the continental shelf up to 110 m in the deep ocean interior. Output frequency: daily. These files comprise model output from model year 5, when the simulation is close to stable state.
