Abstract
Partial electronic conductivity of (Ho0.9Ca0.1)2Ti2O6.9 was determined at 750-900C by Hebb-Wagner polarization and reoxidation methods. The ion transference number in air was estimated to vary from 0.991 at 750C to 0.979 at 900C. The activation energies of the electron and hole conductivity at P(O2)=1 atm were calculated to be 2.95 eV and 1.34 eV respectively.
