The Comprehensive Strategy for the Vision for a Digital Garden City Nation (DIGIDEN) was developed as a new government initiative for regional development. The strategy presents a means of solving problems through the power of digital technology, but does not refer to the process of how each region will tackle problem-solving. A typical systems approach is needed to tackle this process, where the recent advances in AI are expected to effectively promote this. An experiment on AI-based systems approach has been conducted.
