要約　緒言：緑内障手術の代表である線維柱帯切除術（TLE）は，マイトマイシンC（MMC）の併用によりその手術成績は向上し，より長期の眼圧下降が期待できる手術として普及しているが，濾過胞感染の危険が伴う。和歌山県立医科大学附属病院眼科で施行したMMC併用TLEの術後感染について後ろ向きに検討した。

対象と方法：対象は2008年1月〜2019年2月の約11年間に当科でMMC併用上方円蓋部基底のTLEを施行した384例460眼である。後ろ向きにカルテベースで感染発症率と術後感染症例の経過について検討した。

結果：術後感染を460眼中5例5眼に認め，発症率は1.0％であった。平均年齢は71.6±15.0歳（48〜87歳），男性4眼，女性1眼であった。Stageに応じた治療を施し，5例中4例は良好な経過をたどった。

結論：当科でのMMC併用TLE術後の感染症の発症率は1.0％で，既報と相違なかった。緑内障術後の濾過胞感染に対し，症例に応じた治療法の選択が求められる。

Abstract　Purpose：To report cases of bleb infection following trabeculectomy for glaucoma in our institution.

Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 460 eyes of 384 cases who received mitomycin-assisted trabeculectomy during 11 years through 2019. The conjunctiva was fornix-based in all the cases.

Findings：Bleb-infection developed in 5 out of 5 eyes（1.0％）. The series comprised 4 males and 1 female. The age ranged from 48 to 87 years, average 71.6 years. The infection took place early after surgery in one eye and later than 12 months in the other 4 eyes. After suitable treatments, the final outcome was fair in 4 out of 5 eyes.

Conclusion：Incidence of bleb infection in our institution was about the same as reported in literature. Modality of treatment is to be selected according findings in each case.
