ABSTRACT

One of the personal assistant applications that began to bloom in use is a financial personal assistant application. It is an application that can address financial management issues that are often experienced by young people. Development of financial personal assistant application also needs to be considered in terms of its user interface. To design user interfaces on interactive mobile applications with users, a designer must focus on the user experience to make the app attractive and functioning properly. This research combines Kansei Engineering, Data Mining and Personas approach to develop the affective and emotional design on user interface of the financial personal assistant application.
