Panel sketches out plan for US neuroscience initiative

The initial focus of a new major US neuroscience initiative should be to accelerate the development of technology needed to gain insights into how the nervous system functions, concentrating on the analysis of neuronal circuits, says a working group charged to draw up a plan for the project.1
