United States cracks down on healthcare fraud

The US president, Bill Clinton, has announced a crackdown on fraud and abuse in the healthcare system. The new legislation will prevent doctors who have been expelled from the Medicare system or had their licences revoked from moving elsewhere in the United States and continuing to be paid.
