Antioxidant activity of arylhydrazones in sunflower oil oxidation

Abstract

Antioxidant properties of arylhydrazones in sunflower oil oxidation and regular trends in variation of the antioxidant activity of arylhydrazones in the process in comparison with ethybenzene oxidation were examined.
