Abstract

Novel metallomicellar systems have been created on the basis of amphiphilic metallocomplexes of 1-hexadecyl-4-aza-1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane nitrate (bromide) with silver and gadolinium nitrates to increase the solubility of the antifungal drug griseofulvin and the Orange OT dye. The increase in the content of hydrophobic substrates in the solutions of the complexes has exceeded one or two orders of magnitude. The dependence of the solubilization parameters of the systems on the structure of the complexes and the solubilizate has been established. The highest solubilization capacity has been observed for the dialkylated complex of silver and (in the case of griseofulvin) for the nitrate ligand.
