Abstract

The effect of magnetic-pulse fields on the surface porosity, the microhardness, the brittleness, and the structure of a precision sendust alloy is studied. A reduction in the open surface porosity indices and the brittleness and an increase in the microhardness of the sendust alloy are revealed. The influence of magnetic pulses on the crystal structure of sendust is shown.
