Abstract
This paper examines the key features of photoconduction in films of II–VI based solid solutions and the influence of deposition and heat-treatment conditions and anion substitutions on the photoconductivity of the films. A mechanism is proposed for the formation and dissociation of donor-donor and donor-acceptor pairs, and the principal parameters of the forming complex centers are determined.
