Abstract
Gamma-ray fluorescence induced in isomeric nuclei in a magnetic trap by x radiation from a laser plasma is studied. It is shown that under these conditions it is possible to obtain a γ-ray pulse with a duration of 100 ps and energy 10−5 J.
