Structure and magnetic and electric properties of bismuth niobates doped with d-elements: III. Magnetic and electric properties of copper-containing solid solutions of bismuth orthoniobate

Abstract

Magnetic susceptibility and electrophysical properties of copper-containing solid solutions of the low-temperature modification of bismuth orthoniobate were studied. Parameters of exchange interactions in dimeric copper clusters and distribution of monomers and dimers in the solutions were calculated. The exchange parameter of antiferromagnetic interactions in dimeric copper clusters was found to be 170 cm−1.
