Abstract
A method is proposed for constructing a four-parameter algorithm of the time-domain electrodynamic analysis of inhomogeneous magnetized plasma in the presence of E-polarized waves. It is shown that the algorithm developed ensures stable computations at arbitrary values of the plasma and cyclotron frequencies, which determine the elements of tensor permittivity of inhomogeneous magnetized plasma.
