Abstract
Spherical gas bubbles which oscillate radially under the action of an acoustic field in a fluid are considered. It is shown that the results of [1] in which the problem was solved in the complete formulation (with the use of the momentum equation for the gas) are inconsistent. In [1], the pressure in the bubble was not assumed to be uniform but some inaccuracies were made.
