Abstract
The long-term observations of day and night stratification of the atmosphere in the Sayan Solar Observatory (Mondy settlement, Buryatia) were continued. A new mobile hardware-software ultrasonic complex AMK-03-4 designed to measure the characteristics of turbulent meteorological fields was used for measurements. New experimental data for turbulent scales of velocity V* (friction velocity) and temperature T*, which are important characteristics of turbulence in the Monin-Obukhov similarity theory, are presented. Comparison of the experimental results with the data obtained by the authors earlier in different times in various climatic and geographical regions is carried out.
