Abstract
IT APPEARS, from a comprehensive survey of the subject made in 19661, that the idea of mist application was first broached in the U.S.S.R. in 1955 and since then the method has been investigated and in many instances successfully adapted in a number of factories and institutions throughout the Soviet Union.
