The Chemicals Division of Degussa, Postfach 2644, D6000, Frankfurt am Main 1, has published a 16‐page DIN A4 brochure entitled “Degadur” Methacrylate Resins for Cold‐hardening Plastic Markings”. This publication describes the advantages of Degadur cold plastic markings, suitable application techniques and the processing instructions. Also presented are the Degadur resins used for the markings, the necessary handling precautions, official regulations and explanations concerning curing and the auxiliary materials such as catalysts, pigments, fillers and the reflecting beads that are used. German and English versions of the brochure are already available; a French version is to appear soon.
