Mass Spectrum for πππ+ Produced in πp at BeV/c

Abstract

The negative three-pion mass spectrum between 1.0 and 1.4 BeV has been examined in the reactions πpp(πππ+), πppπ0(πππ+), and πpnπ+(πππ+) for 5-BeV/c incident π. In each reaction peaks are observed near 1.06, 1.17, and 1.30 BeV.
