Abstract

We investigate the transition form factors for the BK*l+l (l=μ,τ) decay in light cone QCD. It is found that the light cone and three-point QCD sum rule analyses for some of the form factors for the decay BK*l+l lead to absolutely different q2 dependence. The invariant dilepton mass distributions for the BK*μ+μ and BK*τ+τ decays and final lepton longitudinal polarization asymmetry, which includes both short- and long-distance contributions, are also calculated.
