Inhomogeneous chiral condensate in the Schwinger model at finite density

Abstract

The behavior of the chiral symmetry order parameter 〈ψ¯ψ〉 in the (1+1)-dimensional Schwinger model at finite chemical potential is studied. We find an inhomogeneous chiral condensate.
