The harmonic superspace formalism has been used to construct the consistent chiral anomaly in N=1, d=6 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. The expressions of the gauge anomaly ${\Delta }_s^{\phi }$ and of the supersymmetric anomaly ${\Delta }_{\mathrm{SUSY}{}^{\phi }}$ are given together with the consistent condition.
