Critical anomalies of transport coefficients in nonequilibrium steady-state systems. I. Theory

Abstract

A mode-coupling formalism is developed for nonequilibrium stationary systems which are close to thermodynamic criticality. Formulas for the calculation of dressed transport coefficients in such systems are found. Applications of the formalism are presented in the following paper.
