Abstract
We present a measurement of the angle of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa unitarity triangle using a time-dependent Dalitz analysis of decays produced in neutral meson decay to a neutral meson and a light meson (). The method allows a direct extraction of and, therefore, helps to resolve the ambiguity between and in the measurement of . We obtain and . The sign of is determined to be positive at 98.3% C.L.
