Medium modification of nucleon properties in the Skyrme model

Abstract

A Skyrme-type Lagrangian for a skyrmion imbedded in nuclear matter is proposed. The dependence of the static nucleon properties and the nucleon-nucleon tensor interaction on nuclear density is investigated.
