Abstract
This paper presents a method of obtaining exact transport coefficients of a plasma in a strong magnetic field. The method is based on Kihara and Aono's unified theory. As an application of the method, the electrical conductivity of a fully ionized plasma in a strong magnetic field has been calculated. The departure from the ordinary theory is expressed by a function , which depends on the ratio of the Debye length to the electron gyroradius. Numerical values of are given.
