Abstract
The effective use of such an analytical indicator as the concentration of intracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the process of anaerobic transformation of sulfones was shown. The bioluminescent method for determining ATP evaluates to quickly evaluate the state of biocatalysts in such processes, to select the conditions for effective conducted of biotechnological processes and the functioning of cells, as well as media compositions used in the conversion of sulfur-containing compounds.
