Abstract

The article examines the results of the determining the indicator of the influence of the human factor on the safety of operation of industrial buildings and structures, their reliability to ensure the technological process. The purpose of the study is to provide a rationale for the occurrence of failures in the functioning of physical objects, after defects, which are associated with the human factor. To determine the indicators of the influence of the human factor on the safety of the operation of the buildings and structures, it is proposed to assess the risks not only taking into account technical factors, but also to supplement the scenarios of the occurrence and implementation of events associated with the human factor, shortcomings committed at various levels of the organization of public administration. To solve the problem, it is proposed to use the parameterization of the dependencies between the indicators of the occurrence of emergency events based on the human factor to the total number of all events that have occurred. The consistent theoretical description of the formulas is presented, which makes it possible to establish a relationship between the safety margin of the buildings and structures, the probability of its destruction under the realized influences associated with the human factor. The innovative approach is described, indicating the need to integrate the errors of the personnel operating the facility into the overall structure of risk assessment.
