Abstract

This article discusses the main measures to support the agricultural sector in the European Union and the Russian Federation. General trends have been identified that change the processes of the world agricultural sector. The goals of subsidizing agriculture by the states and the applied forms of support for this sector of the economy are given. A detailed analysis of the structure of subsidies allocated for short-term and long-term lending to the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation in 2021 by type of loans and federal districts.
