Abstract

This paper discusses the current application of microorganisms in adsorption of heavy metals. The structure of microbial adsorption of heavy metals, the factors affecting microbial adsorption and the prospect prediction of microbial adsorption of heavy metals in activated sludge are studied, and the focus of the next step of research is put forward to provide conditions for engineering.
