Abstract
In view of the upgrading of engine-bearing pad-coating materials, the preparation of functional coatings suitable for bearing pad surfaces sprayed with aluminum particles as the reinforcing phase has important application value. In this paper, the exploration of preparing composite coatings on the working surface of bearing pads with aluminum particles as the reinforcing phase was carried out through orthogonal experiments. The effects of different process parameters on the adhesion, bonding strength, and micro-hardness of the coatings during the preparation process were studied, which provided a theoretical basis for the preparation of functional coatings.
