Abstract
The research progress of oxygen sensors was reviewed, the working principles of different types of oxygen sensors were summarized, and the control methods of temperature and pump current were briefly introduced. Then some problems encountered in the development of oxygen sensors were pointed out. Finally, the oxygen sensor technology was summarized and prospected.
