The 4s²4p²-4s4p³ transition array and energy levels of the Ge-like ions Ru XIII-Cd XVII

Lines of the resonance transition array 4s²4p²-4s4p³ in the Ge-like ions Ru XIII, Rh XIV, Pd XV, Ag XVI and Cd XVII have been identified in spectra emitted from laser-produced plasmas. Isoelectronic studies of the differences between Hartree-Fock calculations and the observations in Rb VI-Cd XVII support the identifications, while some of the results in a work on Ru XIII and Rh XIV are revised. Energy levels of 4s²4p² and 4s4p³ have been derived from the observations.
