Abstract
For pt.I see ibid., vol.9, no.7, p.1131 (1976). The electrical conductivity of a non-ideal hydrogen plasma at p=10 atm and T=14000-21500K is derived from electrical measurements and the radial temperature distribution of a pulsed wall-stabilized hydrogen arc using the theoretical temperature dependence of conductivity in an ideal binary collision plasma. A suggestion to modify the cut-off parameter for charged particle potential from rD to 2.2 rD is derived, where rD is the Debye length. An estimate of Kaklyugin and Norman (1973), which takes into account both particle correlation and electron localization in the environment of ions agrees very well with the experimental results over the whole temperature range.
